The Hangsteffers with anti foam additive never has given me problems.
My guess is you are sucking air somewhere.
All most forgot it is the non-servo turret. That would make things to simple.
It has a geared index motor and clamps up hydraulicly.

We're having problems with the turret over/under? rotating when
indexing. It will change to the proper tool, but when it locks in
the turret kinda wiggles or...
