Can you share the CAD files?
Thanks,

There are speed (rpm) & feed (ipm) calculators online you can use to find the best cut.
You need to know the shaft rpm, the tool material limitations (designed chipload), and the tool dimensions...
Aksess, I was reading the posts for the laser - and your art showed up.
You do incredible work!
Do you have a build log for your machine? Plans?
I have been debating building a CNC for some time,...
Awesome build. You made it look so easy, and professional.
Thanks for taking time to show us the details.
One question for the group; why the fluid in the bed? Just for better electrical...
Has the announcement been forthcoming? My curiosity got the best of me as I read the thread.

Jack,
It sounds like the guy, though a bit incredulous, was asking an honest question. Your response seems a bit heavy-handed, especially when viewed in the light of a public forum.

I need 60 fiberglass "washers" made (close description, though a it more complex),...
Are you willing to go with a larger inner circle? That could decrease the weight some.
Do you have any statistical programs available?
Sometimes setting up a new insert depends more on the machine than the insert.
There are ways to figure out quickly what the "best" feeds & speeds...
It looks great! What is the current status?
I am looking a a build, and am interested in your project.
Hello, off the subject I know, but would you mind posting pictures of the desktop unit you have built? I am debating whether to take on a project, and would be interested in your choice of materials,...
What kind of end mill are you using? Fluted, carbide, etc.
Also, how deep are you trying to mill/engrave? single pass?
There are several tool companies specializing in that can supply the tool for...
