Another thought: When loading into Sheetcam are you telling it that your drawing is in "inches" rather than "mm". If not you'll end up with a much smaller image.

I got it to load just fine (I didn't take time to center it or anything...).

You do realize that Sheetcam will only create 2-D toolpaths, not the 2 1/2-D you require here.

Why don't you want to use a parallel port controller? If you don't have one on your computer (my laptop doesn't) you can get a dock that will plug into your USB. I just bought a Belkin USB2...
