Do you have a picture of the new turret, and what is the speed ?

It's a 2006 TL1, whe have replaced the gearbox already 2 times, because of broken theet in the gearbox.

Has there anyone tried to speed up the 4 station tool turret on a Haas TL-1.
Standard there is a gearmotor mounted with following spec's :

MOLON
Model : CHM-1289-6
F/L RPM 7,5
F/L TORQUE 56...

Problem solved, the cause was a defected piece of cable from the turret to the cross slide.

Yes, we have cheked that, we took the toolholder of to look for chips, everything was clean.
Is it possible to check someting on your machine ?
Go to the DGNOS screen, en look to the firts 3 bits...

Has there anyone encountered problems with the Haas 4 position turret ?
Mine is not finding the correct positions anymore.
I'm getting alarm 964 turret rotation fault, and the turret stops...
