I was refering more to distortion where you are trying distort applied graphic based on plastic shape that will change due to preheat and forming itself.

Thank you JoeBean for quick response. We sprayed our molds before to acomplish better finish, but life span of these molds being exposed to heat created a problem of reworking them.

What would be a best way to get nice finish of lexan face that is being formed in female MDF unsprayed mold? If spraying is a way to go what would be best paint/primer to go with ?

I've seen this happening when you swich router driver on your computer.
Some people run two different machines and swich drivers all the time to save program.

I've been working with EnRoute for 11 years now. Started with basic 2.0 and now doing all my programming with EnRoute 3. Good software for the money that allows you to do more with every new version.

For what is worth, Im in process of replacing Trico misters to Unist.
I found Unist being much much better mister.
