I use Yaskawa SGDM 02AD as servo pack and SGMAH as servo motor,,
when I turned on the servo motor with zero speed reference (zero input reference),,
the motor didn't move,,but the encoder still...
when I test G01 X2.00 F2 and G01 X2.00 F5, EMC2 run the motor with 90s duty cycle for both condition but it run with different speed. How could it be??
if I configure the EMC2 for position control with hal
net motor.00.pos-fb hm2_5i20.0.encoder.00.posistion => pid.0.feedback
net motor.00.pos-fb => axis.0.motor-pos-fb
net emcmot.00.pos-cmd...
if we configure the EMC2 for position control with hal
net motor.00.pos-fb hm2_5i20.0.encoder.00.posistion => pid.0.feedback
net motor.00.pos-fb => axis.0.motor-pos-fb
net emcmot.00.pos-cmd...
thanks...
I have another question,,,
when I run EMC2 with Mesa 5i20, sometimes there is an error. It says
"hm2-servo.hal:46:parameter or pin 'hm2_5i20.0.pwmgen.pwm_frequency' not found 8091"....
how to set it to opendrain mode? with hal or jumper W4?
I read the manual, it said we can use .is_opendrain in PWM,, but when I check the PWM parameter in terminal, I didn't see .is_opendrain...
I tried to drive dc motor with H-bridge,,, I used mesa's pwm as signal to dc motor,, but the motor didn't move,,
when I check the signal voltage of PWM with oscilloscope,, It's pick value is...
My motor is not ready yet,,so I just run simulation with hm2-stepper config in EMC2 example (since it not needs feedback to run the motor),,
when I click AXIS's home button,,I check several pins...
I have a question....
can we make the machine homed without an external switch? so we just click the AXIS's "home" button for homing the machine...
thanks for the answer...It's really helpful
I use Mesa 5i20 too.. and I want to load hostmot2 from Ubuntu using SC5I20L,,
but it always come to error..It says "Can't enable direct access port" or something like that (I forget,hehe..). How do...
I think like that too
but it's not my authority to define the specification, it's my professor's..
I think I need to talk about this to my professor
thanks for the advice
I see,,,thanks for the answer,, it really inspires me
So we use axis.0 - axis.4
but how we manage to display to AXIS??
Is it automaticly detect that we use 3 axes??
hi
i'm a newbie in EMC2 and I need help for my final project
I use two motor for Y-axis
how can I synchronize these two motor in EMC2 so they can move straight??
for your information I use
