Found the problem guys.... Apparently one of the new guys tried to rapid while in home position and ran it to the very back side of the hard limit, Almost running to the end of the ball screw....

Do you have the system disk/ parameter disk and macro disk for this machine? you could try to reinitialize the machine and hope it is stored and pulls them from EPROM.
