Do you have a side mounted tool changer? You should have a side mounted tool changer recovery procedure in your manual.
If you have an umbrella changer I have the procedure for that.

Are you using sub programs? Mastercam will spit them out automatically with a transform operation. If I had to guess with the very limited info I have, you should be in around 32K.
Filtering your tool path like that will make it run faster on any machine since it will have to process 10X less code. Please try it. The cam system defaults are set up to work in 95% of cases....
