The generator rarely gets reagjusted. You do this when you incoming power is really bad. I mean bad, machine shuts down when incoming power is more than 3 % of what the transformers are set to.
And...

Check your incoming power. Make sure that yor internal transformers are set to the same as your 3 phase. You cannot have no more that 3 % difrence between leggs R-S-T and no more than 4% diffrence...

I don't know if this was solved. But just to let you know. Their is 2 contacts on that switch in the fron door, Upper left if the door is the sliding type, and upper right if it's the swing type. ...
