Just take a look on your 2 programs and your DXF, I can pretty sure the issue caused by :
- The pocket you create in X4 with Zigzag Cutting Method
- The Pocket you create in X7 with...

You can use the Solid Selection Button, it will be activated when mastercam ask you to choose drive surface. Then you can select individual face on solid.
