Why can't you get it in the garage? if the hieght is a problem just tilt he head to move it in. I have a series II in my garage I tilted the head to move it in.Then move it back to zero...
This stuff is great! I wish there was a spot for just work shop pics and idea-since most of us are short on space and any ideas would help.
I would check into a micro pic chip to handle the programing. The Pic18F8520 would do everything you would like to do. The smaller control arm could use potentiometers in the joints to feed the pic...

Talk to the sales reps from all brands you may be interested in. Also ask to see the machines running at a local shops. You may find that certain machines are used more in your area (SUPPORT)....

Does anyone here use a in-rush limiter on there PS. The ones I have seen are being used on the Ajax CNC cap kit. Any help wpuld be great.

Try useing the red tubes that come with WD40. They hold up great to a spinning cutter or drill and if they get chewed up just cut the very end off. I find that small drops can be put on the cutter...
