    could be the Humphrey valve screwed into the right side of the solenoid valve you have labeled C. the diaphragm inside is mostly likely junk. might check it out.

    Yes, it was in P0.00 = 0

    its 220v single phase, from a 30 amp breaker in a sub panel.

    if I do need a line filter or reactor, do you have any recommendations?
