my Delta 50 control does not have this adaptor. I searched all over even inside the cabinet.

I had to replace the mother board battery on my Tree mill with Dynapath Delta 50 contol. but how do I enter into CMOS?. the Control has no F1, DEL button. there is no input for a keyboard either....
