It’s the same on our machines. We also have to be in the MDI mode to change the parameter and as Mori described already, the parameter write needs to be set to 1!

Normally, you can reduce the rapid feed under offset to 50 or 25%?? That’s how it works on my machines with Fanuc controller. However they are not machines from spinner .

Are the sealing surfaces in a clearance groove or on a plane surface or a generated surface?

Which heidenhain??? We have heidenhain cnc pilot 1190 or ep90. In our case one just has to align the reference measure in parameters!!

Try with a normal chuck, where you insert a smoothed dowel bolt!!! It has to work, hasn’t it?!

I’d like to know what is the difference between “normal” siemens 840d, 840 d powerline and 840 solution line?

Could anybody post the video once again? That in the first posting doesn’t work and I’d like to see how the thing goes!
