seems too small for cnc shop to cut directly...
better way might be to reverse cut it in graphite/copper and get it EDM'd
just my thought
usually plastic suppliers can cut to size...
table saw works good to with a carbide tipped blade

most likely a heafty amount is insurance premiums for this kind of work... plus cadcam system and the cnc machines capable of doing this kind of work....

tool lengths and fixture offsets can be set and changed using G10 in the program.
sometimes what happens especially with imported drawings.. the 'normal' of the surface/face gets flipped around.. this affects the side of the face which MC calculates the toolpath from...
