If you go with the hitachi the heck with the warranty. You can get all of the bearings from NAPA. The routers are easy to rebuild. Removing the speed control would void the warranty.

I am getting 24-25 volts at C, 50 at ground. That data sheet is not correct also, There is no output for 5 volts, the secondary outlet in the picture is missing on mine.
