The AUX 0 means your machine passed the test.
Is this the hidden dimension?
I'm guessing it has an Anilam "M" control on the right side.
I'm sorry for your loss.
The odds are that the memory battery is dead. Once they are replaced the bootup process will restore running parameters. I may be able to help from here if you need more...
I like your answer Pat. A second lens confining a BB would give vertical indicator. Non horizontal positions could be indicated if second lens were curved. Imagine a BB in a bowl.
Glad I could help. If you have one you will find numerous uses for it.
Thanks.
This might do it.

I am missing something. Why not attach the camera to a length of square tube? Must it travel around corners? Does it need to react quickly? How far must it travel?
Thanks for listening.
Any more good news?
I do thank you for taking the time to share. I guessed 75% of the design. You have supplied the remainder. The photos and prints are perfect. Let me know if I can return the favor.
Thanks again,...
I have used a "Criterion lathe threading tool style Z" to cut internal threads. I have used it in a 1/2" collet or in a boring head. The boring head allowed adjustment without reworking the program....
Yes I have been there. I understand. Thanks for reply.
Did you have any luck drawing a sketch?
Thanks
Nice work. Yes you can strengthen the joint. Looking straight down at the base, imagine a groove milled horizontally across the joint area. Next mill a shorter vertical
groove in the center of...
Mad? Definitely not. I do have a question for you. In reference to the third picture, should the z axis linear rails be higher? As drawn the rail that extends below the table surface could not be...
I have added a photo to the gallery named fillet_intersection. Sorry, the graphics are bad. It conveys the idea.
Superman is correct. First everything must be covered with surfaces including the interior of the slot. Then you can create filleted surfaces between intersecting surfaces.
One more try. Universal Vise and Tool Co., 314 n Jackson St., Jackson, MI 49201, 617-787-3791. I have not tried to contact them. This is the only other possibility. Let me know if you have sucess....

You might try this. I didn't check scale. It was converted by Ottopdf.
If you do a web search for pdf to dxf converters you will find several.
You might try searching Yahoo Groups. Some require that you join to recieve free plans.
This may start you in the right direction. It is similar in construction.

Why not "back drive" a standard encoder with a Harmonic Drive? Instead of a reduction gear, reverse the lashless gear drive to increase the counts per angular degree of movement.

Sorry gents. The uart was a brain fart on Anilam's part. It was to be for future use. The control doesn't have it installed.
Good luck - I still use my M.
I also have an M. There is no uart in that control. Mine also says that it failed.
Keep on Krankin
