hello i am new to mastercam, and have never use it to machine from a solid model, when i open it up how do you change a surface that is now the side into the top so i can machine it?

on ours there is a little switch up where you pull the eye down that gets gummed up, make sure it is free

i did try to convert the svg files you sent in an inkscape program that i dont know how to use and it opened in mastercam just didnt have half of the lines that it should of, if there is anyone else...
