Do you mean the figure set in Motor and Tuning Setup configuration, if so steps are set to the default Install numbers which is 2000 at the moment, But how does this affect what is...

My DRO's are showing different x,y,z positions to actual loaded gcode, they are close but not exactly ie numbers after the decimal point.

why is this, cant find any settings to adjust/set this.

Just been playing with LazyCam and it seems to hang every time you click on any of the cleanup Image buttons, files opened are known good DXF's and the same problem happens on two different machines...

Its not called OCXDrivertest.exe its actually Drivertest.exe. Manual should be a bit clearer on name :rolleyes:

Cant find the OCXDrivertest program - searched all drives not there, am I missing something ?, cant find any info in the manual except create a shortcut

I guess I will have to try screened cables. I also thought it could have been the switched mode psu's to close to driver board's but it was'nt. I did move the wire's around...

I am using 22 gauge wires (7.02mm) on 1Amp stepper motors they are bi-polar. I have a twisted pair for each winding which are unshielded (not screened) (2 twisted pairs per motor).
