    Re: Help with a question

If material has to be removed, you have to cover that area with the mill. If you only want to remove some of the surroundings and the pockets in the claw, you can draw another vector around the part...
  2. Re: I NEED HELP FOR TWO SIDE MACHINING BEFORE I COME CRASY :-)

To bypass all thickness- problems: Make sure your workmaterial is somewhat thicker or equal to your model, and your bed is flat.
Zero the Z-axis on the top of your material for the first side.. When...

  6. Re: Can I use straight automotive antifreeze coolant?

I use it for over 3 years now. And never changed it.. Maybe the cooling is fractionally less than destilled water but i don't notice any difference in cooling.

  7. Re: Remove statorcoils from spindlemotor-housing.. how to?

I'm quite sure the windings itself are fine. Only the leads from the coils to the plug have isolation that is cracked. this is the cause of the shortcircuit.
If there is no normal/easy way to push...

Is there a way to get the complete stator out of the housing? (1.5kw aircooled chinese spindelmotor)

Re: Eding CNC - CPU5A4 - Gecko Drives

It's not only the shielding from a box around the controllercard. It's all your wiring and how to place your components in the cabinet. I wrote an article on the Dutch CNCforum about that but it's in...
