Make sure they did the center offset adjustment correctly, easy check is to touch a tool in T1000 and T2000 and compare results. Should be within 10um.
If they havn't, you will have to offset tools...

CAS will stop it if is traveling in a linear motion, but CAS wont stop during turret index. I've seen it up close to the limit in Z- minus and index into the wall!!!
