I fixed it. The circuit breaker (CB1) has a feedback switch in it. There was no continuity between the switch in either position. Making the machine think the breaker had popped.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for the reply. How do I reset the overload? The circuit breaker (CB1) has not popped. If I push the bypass button on the pump relay (M1) the pump will work fine.

This morning when I turned on my machine I got an error Alarm 39-14 "Coolant motor overload" I pushed the bypass button on the motor relay and the pump will start and I can't find any breaker that...

I had my machine transported and the table came loose and crashed into the tool setter. I replaced the probe but now the tool probe center is out by about .250". How do I adjust the center?

I moved my machine a couple hundred miles and I think this has caused the problem.

I had a problem with the y limit switch it was stuck. I had to hold the green button to move the table.
