Forgive me Stu, while I've never had an issue finding the new download before, for some reason I do not see your new version? I also do not see the "Downloads/Others" section so maybe I don't have...
Just to help out and add some info, I'm using 1920 x 1080 and the window fits perfectly.
Hi, guys and gals,
I have a DSLS 3000 that the cable on the X axis broke at the little clip on the end of the encoder on the motor. There's a black, green, white, and red wire coming from the...
Can you suggest a better spindle for my Taig?
Thanks for your time.
I actually appreciate the long story with all the info you shared, as it's very much appreciated. Thank you and Happy New Year to you!
Would you mind sharing the pair of bearings part numbers and supplier please? Thanks so much for your help.
Dave
Completely understood, Craig, and I guarantee my next machine will have a different setup. It's just a fact of through all the years I've been running Mach 3 on a few different machines, I never had...
Ok, so just for anyone in the future looking for this same issue, turns out, I was supposed to be using the G540 XML file from the Warp 9 website. I already had that G540 XML and just never loaded...

Thank you for that reply, and I will do just that! I completely realize there are plenty of pins on the ESS but I've always set my wiring this way and never thought it would be an issue. That is why...
Not for the application I mentioned above, but thanks for trying to help-
So I'm feeling so dumb right now as I have numerous machines with homing switches setup with no issues. Unfortunately they're all parallel port machines and the one I'm trying to setup is the new...

Hello, all,
Does anyone have any luck with contacting Warp 9 besides ordering from them?
I have an issue with an order I placed (and received), yesterday early afternoon, but have yet to hear...
Tried them once and was not been happy with their items as they are low quality and not a deal. Sent back and will stick with other sellers. Even their feedback seems ''shilly''.
Sounds like the regular Imperial sized spindle to me and not an ER spindle at all.
Can you post a picture of the spindle on the machine so we can see what you have at the moment?

Thank you, I appreciate the specific information!

Agreed, nice setup you have there!
Really nice setup you're building, thanks for sharing the eye candy!
8020 Inc Garage Sale on ebay has a LOT of items you may be able to build this with. They stock a lot of their items here so have a look around!
