the velocity setting is what ever it started off as when i set the system up, i am not sure what this setting dictates exactly.

i spent over 5hrs reading online last night and i cant seem to get an solid answer what changing each of the motor tuning setting do in regards to refining motion quality along the designated cut...

cutting 14ga steel at 45amps. im not going to cut any thing much thicker than 3/16 (180ipm) till i get the corner rounding issue worked out. the 3/16 ive cut so far had about 1/8" rounded corners....

im running these settings and get about 1\4" dia rounded corners on files with an 90deg square corner at 320ipm.

steps per = 1736.237

velocity = 199.98

acceleration = 20

g's = 0.051
