    Hi.

Just started to play with my new UCCNC setup and Nowforever VFD. Everything went well, motor was acting as expected but suddenly VFD runs like 10x less speed as commanded = S3000 = 50Hz is...

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

    Hi Big_E

You are not alone. I have been fighting with Z-axis problems and also found that X-axis height had some issues ( X+ side was +0.35mm higher). That said, I recall seen Y carrier does not...

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

I have experienced 3 two types of similar situation:

-some dirt gets inside of linear guides, jamming bearings randomly (happened to me in Z-axis)
-X-axis stepper to ball screw joint, that joint...

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

Finally had time to investigate Z-axis problem. It seems there is 2 issues which add up into same direction:

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

Well, still on learning curve with whole machine...not even tested where the limits are. Some "accidents" suggest that there is plenty of capacity.

I have not measured Z-axis yet but I can see it...

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

For some reason I find it easier to mill with 6mm end mill, 10000rpm, 0.6-1.0mm step down and 750mm/min at least for roughing. But obviously it depends on tool diameter, smaller tool may break if...

    Re: X61500GT - New CNC-Carving Router

Being new owner to X6-1500GT-USB just wanted to share few small issues with machine:

-Z-axis bearings definitely require some sort of dust protection. After just couple hours of machining mdf,...

Re: 4 Axis Mach 3 Postprocessor (free but kinda wip)

Just dropped bogan´s files into cam and run comparison g-codes. At 1st look it seems that G5.1 Q1 is not there so it might work. However I do not like G53 as without homing switches (proximity...

Re: 4 Axis Mach 3 Postprocessor (free but kinda wip)

You mean your "JohnMill" etc files above? No I havent, just Maitresyoda´s version. It´s kind of PITA to find working solution as everybody claims that they have working post for mach3....But I´ll try...
