-some dirt gets inside of linear guides, jamming bearings randomly (happened to me in Z-axis)
-X-axis stepper to ball screw joint, that joint...

Yes, did it already (~1mm shim on Y+ side) but wanted to share the result, video is made for manufacturer who was also interested to hear root cause :)
