I have used it in the past. Make sure your protocol matches at the machine.
And just where are you having trouble? N37? I don't see any G40 being used either.
I would suggest taking a look at this area in your post and make your changes

I took some time to review the posted excel file and found the numbers were not the same as what I use when programming. So I have added some additional information. Let me know if I'm on the right...

I would suggest placing the part origin at the TOP of part (finished Z face)
Make sure you set the clearance plane to 1.0" on the material setup page.

From what I remember on the Matsuura that I ran it was a G93 to turn the Mode ON for tapping.
e.g.
G43 H6 Z1.0
G93 (Mode ON)
G98 G84 Z-1.0 R0.1 F0.0625 S800
X0 Y0
G94 (Mode OFF)
G28 G91 G80...
1/2"-13 2B Pitch Diameter is pitch diameter of 0.450 to 0.4565, or an average of 0.45325 with a tap drill size of 0.4219
So if your pitch diameter is .4715 to .465, or an average of 0.46825,...
another question to consider....in your offset page for the cutter idameter offset
IS this value a postive or negative value??
D01= -0.500 or 0.500???
