    Save your image or export as DXF file. We use Autocad 2008 but always save the file as Autocad 14-DXF.

    Try using CorelDraw 11,12 or X3

    Try using Corel and vectorized the JPEG image. Clean up the nodes the best you can and fix the curves then EXPORT this image as dxf. If you have Autocad you should be able to open it.
