I have a Light Machines proLIGHT 1000 mill.
The table is in terrible shape. Does anyone have a spare table they no longer need (perhaps from a parted out machine)?
The same table is...

As-is/where-is sale. Therefore local pickup is preferred. I will ship but payment remains cash or cash-equivalent. so if you want to go this route have a local friend come check it out first.

I'm looking for suggestions on internal and external thread cutting tools that would work well with my lathes ATC. I'm starting with nothing.
I can figure out the external (though suggestions...
I sent @keffer322 a PM but doesn't look like he's logged in for a while.
I'm looking for an original controller for the eXpertMill VMC-0600. Cables also. It sounds like quite a few people...
It takes ISO20. Which is why I said "Can anyone ID this style of ISO20 toolholder" rather than "can anyone ID this style of SK20".
What is pictured is one of the ISO20 toolholders from the...
It's an ISO20. Can you be more precise? Like a URL to something similar to what is pictured. Thanks!
a) where can one find a "side lock" ISO 20 holder?
b) The spindle on this machine is 5000rpm max.
I just picked up a used CNC mill.
It came with this part. I'm pretty certain it's nothing original to this specific mill but I have no idea what it is.
The mill also came with a box...
Can anyone ID this style of ISO20 toolholder.
The tool is 1/8" secured by a set screw.
All I can find in my searching is a version that takes a collet.
Looking for an original controller box and PCI card for the Intelitek eXpertMill VMC-0600
It seems people quite often junk the originals and upgrade.
See pictures below.
I know. I linked to this in my original post.
It uses this below. It's probably half the size of the CDP3445

I'm not. Per first post I was just looking for more info on the motor. I'm likely going to sell it as it seems to be the wrong type to serve as a backup for my lathe.
I'll figure out how to power...
It's $1100 new (really new). I see "new in (opened box)" on FleaBay for $500. Used $200 up.
I'll need to find some kind of controller to run it, cheap&chinese probably. May try to list it...
[sorry if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't find a forum specific to spindle motors, odd as there are so many forums here ;-)]
Does anyone know anything about the Baldor CDP3445 motor?

I thought I'd give this a "yearly" bump (approximately ;-) in case there are people who missed the original announcement.
Still looking. Would also consider ISO20 from Super Prolight 1000
Bump. Still looking.
I know a lot of people have converted their servo controlled proLight 2000/2500 mills discarding some/all of the original electronics.
I'm interested in doing some tinkering with the original...
Thanks
I found a picture of the chuck on a different thread here. You are correct, appears to be a very small clamping range.
I can't imagine it's anything I'd be interested in. I was curious...
Answering my own question. The software functions perfectly on Windows 10. 32 and 64 bit OS versions.
SOLD for $2500.
I assumed any chuck would be larger on a proLIGHT than on a spectraLIGHT. Since the proLIGHT spindle is 2-1/4"
