Add 2 bearings on the axe bottom side bracket. The manufacturer mounted just one on top side which alowed the axe to shift up.
Now the 2 will fix the axe and will not allow shifting up or down....

Mounted the locking ring and the new bearing for the ball screw top end

I haven't post for a while as my friend haven't used so much the machine. After all the machine works acceptable, but as you see in previous posts it were a long and hard way to update...

The parts looks ok, just he assembly is very chines, so after a refurbishment hopefully will be a good machine.

Here is the summary of the amounts already spent by my friend to repaired the machine.

4 HIWIN Blocks 200 EUR
8 HIWIN Blocks ordered will cost 400 EUR
1 Guiding need to be ordered 100 EUR

Received the replacement but the protection is to short,

Complained everything and Hellen where so kind that she arranged and sent replacement parts as 1 Servo driver, 1 guiding, and some small parts.
