    PROBLEM SOLVED. The replacement laser power supply arrived yesterday. Installed it today and the laser is working exactly as it should. Thanks for everyone's input. Bill N

    I did some additional checks, the controller correctly adjusts the output voltage based on the laser power settings. 10% power =.495 volts, 50% power = 2.5 volts ETC. The controller will not turn off...

    The signal level is set to low. The open and close delay are both set to 0 with the laser through mode being checked. Is the signal level correct, it seems that is what it was set to from the start....
