Problem Solved!
I have had my lathe for a couple of years now and this is the first time I have had a problem threading. I have it set up to cut 14tpi but it is cutting closer to 15tpi, anyone else run into this...
Any updates?
I also have one and love it. I use it all the time and it works great.
Thanks, I also have the G540 I just was not sure about the connections on the TECO side?
Does anyone know how to wire the TECO VFD to work with Mach3?
I got mine about a week ago and love it. I can`t wait untill I am able to customize the screen. It would also be nice it there was a manual or set up guide for it.

I had the same problem with mine and I noticed when I engaged the lead screw it was bending the screw up about 3/16" or more so I shimmed the mechanism down and the problem went away.
Just to be fair to RhinoCam I found the cause of the problem. I got the boss to up date to the latest update and all is well. :-)
Thanks for all the help guys but I just had enough with RhinoCam and did it in Bobcad no problems all done. Thanks again.

You are right about oiling the spindle, it happened to me and had to get new bearings. I packed them with Mobile one high performance grease.
I'm sorry the hight should be 2.8 not 1.8. The very top does not have to be machined it will be flat.
