At this time I have lost the Post Processor file " ERMAK_RPP.MDL".
Can anybody please...

Open this file in machine setting editor RAINER.MDL "RAINER w/CUT"
and edit it according to ur machine.
all the rainer models ar often similar

siemens 828D is similar to siemens 840D in programming .
You can use this Post from the P.P library of NX.

I think the CCMT insert will be broken rapidlly. because the releif angle will be about 14 deg. otherwise the flanks can not lay over the pocket walls completly
