did you try right -clicking CAM Part and going into Current Settings and in the tab for posting there is a checkmark for outputing subs

i must have a different V because i have lots and lots of tools that were automatically added right next to tools of the same size that I pre-defined.(mostly drills...mostly)

I see i am not the only one frustrated by this- I "added" evey tool in our shop to the library and it never fails to add tools- even if i have already taken the time to add a tool of the same size...
