    Screw lead (pitch) 2mm/turn and 4th axis connected via 10:1 reductor, this can help a little.

    It is any difference between using closed loop servo and STEP/DIR motion controller vs real close loop motion controller using encoder data from closed loop servo.

    Yes, it is allmost true (mach3 it is buggy and Cs-Lab is prepairing his own SimCNC software ), but is work if I don't know how to connect?

    Can by true this but no schematics, no wiring example.
    This can be a big problem.

    Mach3 it is buggy, maybe, but I can find the solution in his forum, without ask and wait.
