Some history, The stepper motor shorted out with coolant so i hade the motor rewired and i replaced the drive MOSFETS....

Yes, I have a problem with the Z axis. I found that the transformer used for the z axis had a shorted primary winding puting out too much voltage and burnt the transistors. I rewound the transformer...
