Definately worth a try. If silt has gotten in wash with fresh water. Distilled if you have it. Blow out with air and let dry for another day. Should be good.

Been using carbide cutters for over a year. You just have to think ahead because of the delivery time. The prices are so reasonable that you can afford some stock though

In RHINOCAM Browser click setup TAB, click the hammer spanner icon select Post Processor Generator, Click on MACH2, Edit. Under general tab select "mm"
From memory it is done in the Post Processor. When you edit the processor these is a box to tick. If you cannot find it I'll go look
