I also just purchased a 3020T-DJ that wouldn't move in 2 axii's turned out when I switched the x and y plugs it worked, I also had tried 2 parr. cables.
The main thing is that the motors lock up as...
Sorry if I'm in the wrong area or section.

Thanks guys those sure help I'd found the one clip art and the dxf from switcher is great for the crown. I'm modifying it some so I'll post the picture when I'm finished, Thanks again...Jim:)
Hi gang. Does anyone have a dxf of a Royal Canadian Legion Crest? Or even a nice jpg,gif
Thanks. Jim
I'd suggest you wait until Marriss' cheap drives are released and purchase 3 of them, they will drive a stepper at up to 3.5 amps. Something you'd want for a 4' x 2' machine.
Look for Profiler6 I've had very good results with it.
Most of the posts of picture I've done, are with profiler.

Me too!!!! ^^^
(see above)
I bought 4 G201's a long while back and they never miss a beat (got 1 for a spare, still in the drawer drawing dust)

My Grandson is considering having some stainless steel plate cut for a gate.

If you're referring to the Gcode I sent it's not restricted at all.
Fully operational (Mach3) program.
Hi Mike here's the Gcode for your drawer front using a 1/16" bit (2 passes)
with X0,Y0 being the lower left corner of your drawer front.
I haven't run it but it should be OK.
The other file is...
Have you tried the demo of DesKAM ?
It will automatically compensate for your bit size etc.
It's worth taking a look at.
Anyone interested in the board game called Aggravation?
Here's a couple I made one in 3/4" maple and one on 1/4" MDF
The MDF model used a .100" bit.
The maple one uses a 1/16" bit and a 1/2"...

Great Mr.Chips let me know how it comes out.
Here's part1 broken into 2 parts, hope it works.lol
Mr.Chips sorry for the messup hopefully these are better.
Not sure how many line mach3 demo processes, I hope it's around 1500.
Mr.Chips I've broken the wacky nickel into 5 parts, I hope they're small enough. But I'd recommend purchasing Mach3 excellent value.
Part1 might be a problem, I've taken out as much as I could,...
Mr.Chips...Here's a 4" square with a 4" circle beside it.
1/16" bit , ~ 4.25"x7"x.25".
Hope it helps.
Here's one she might like!
It's a Mr Chips name plate about 2"x7" on .25" material with a 1/16" bit.
Just rename the .txt to whatever format you use.
Have fun.
Here's a 3" wacky 5 cent coin, uses a 1/16" bit.
Just for fun!
Just do a search of this site.

Whoops it didn't attach, I'll try again.
Sorry I should've read the above messages first, before I uploaded it.
Oh well I removed it, my bad.
Would this help? It's a dxf of Dora the explorerI hope!

A couple of years ago Balsaman had a superb idea, based on the same procedure, I believe he used it as sort of a limit switch to find zero.
With this idea, you'll need to have your Z home to top of...
