Its a safety liability if we tell you how to disable it. Sorry
The parameter is called your x-axis grid offset. Once it triggers the home switch the value that is under your x-axis grid offset will adjust your amount it shifts off your home switch. Each axis has...
DM or DT. The umbrella tool changer system is garbage. The DT & DM are designed for super rapids for drilling and tapping, but i know plenty of customer that have no issues if yhey have to mill...
Its either your trp solenoid valve, your quick exhaust valve, pre charge regulator. Also check the exhaust mufflers on these valves because I've seen them get clogged and the valves will malfunction....
Matt, as long as you're calling up the right macros per pallets in your program the machine look for your values its saved. Under those variables. If someone changes the values...well then thats...
Its there
The HS models were a motor/screw to clamp the drawbar. The EC series completely redesigned the clamping of pallets. Keep the inside of the machining area relatively clean and your coolant up to par...
Gizmo, I wasn't suggesting for him to shim the column. I was suggesting that he would have to tweak his level a little more after his first initial level adjustments. Even if the base is reading...
Xeno, the processor board takes the information given from the motor interface board/Mocon board is just a newer revised board for brushless machines. Technically the servos should have shut off, but...
Best of my knowledge no, other than get a small extraction system and route the house on the side of the head sheet metal stopping close to the spindle. If you use air blast it can't be more than the...
Feeding at 2,200 Ipm is insane. Rapid movements at 2,200 ipm is for high speed production. Faster tool changes, faster rapids to get your tools down to the part faster before you start feeding into a...
could be these following issues, motor, processor board, mocon board, motor cable, software.
You're welcome Turbo
Also unfortunately when you move x to its maximum travels from left to right or right to left and the table sags is due to the fact how they designed how wide apart the y axis linear rails are apart...
Gizmo454 you're wrong. When the factory is building the machine they use a electronic level that goes into the millions of an inch. After they get base nice and level they use a precision test bar...
After you verify machine ballscrew aren't exceeding specs, verify and correct level. Then check how you column is square to the table ex. Machined test bar, sweep a 5"-10" diameter circle on the table...
Sounds like a control/software issue. You probably should get a tech in there. unfortunately if we tell you to try something it won't be covered under warranty that your HFO could provide you....
Also check your level. You. Should check it annually because the ground underneath your machine does move throughout the seasons of the year.
If you have a 2010-2015 Haas machine then these boards will be direct replacement for the machine. If you have and older Haas than a 2010 then you will need to get the control upgrade.
Also if you have a 2010-2015 HAAS then these boards will swap out without a control upgrade.
If you know how to program it,then yes you can comp the taper it's cutting
The deviation that you're seeing when you push on the table is the backlash in the preloaded bearings and ballscrew.Although if it springs back to .0000-.0002" then your back is fine. Check each axis...
Also, there are very few companies that will repair this drive. There are some companies in the United States, but to be brutally honest it'll be in the 5 figures to repair it correctly as well.
Those drives are a dying breed. If it's a Brushless machine you're better off getting the vector drive upgrade if you want to keep this machine alive for another 10 yrs.
