The 4 in a circle is on the little board under resistor. Maybe its a size? for the plug in board? or dont know lol. but it most likely is not inportant.

checked it. It was turned on to about 70% after putting it to 100% the lathe spins faster but when I get to just over 1/2 way turning the speed knob the machine starts pulsing on and off.

Ok got all hooked up and checked and checked again all wires. Plugged in a safety plug also and turned on the power.

:) No big bang or smoke. Thank god for that. Tested forward and reverse switch...

Ok so i have hooked up most of the wires put got stuck on the A1 and A2 wires from the middle of the switch. 1x gray, 1x black.

Only tabs i can see for them is on the main...
