looked at your part. part of it can be done with lathe, looks lik there would be a mill used too. Is this a bolt carrier.

Thanks for suggestions. Called today and finally tech new what it was. My antivirus was the Problem.
deleted installed a different one and I am happy now not to have to rely on laptop.

I have a dell a dell XPS 8700 I5 intel 8 gigs ram, with gtx 770 with 650 watt power supply on windows 7.
Bobcad would start one or two times with old video card but wont start now. everyhting...
SO where are the set screws and can you take them off without diasembling the gear box.

I purchased one of these about 6 years ago. I retrofitted it with a hobbycnc board and new steppers and run Mach 3. I am very happy with the results.

Are not rear tool posts tools mounted upside down so you dont have to reverse spindle???

As that rear tool post moves to stock x is getting larger ror is it a -x that gets smaller, if the later just put rear tool path in -x -Z quadrant and select the correct tool...
I am no expert but does rear post us -X moves?
if so then put rear tool post bath opposite x quadrant.

I had this problem and picking a different post processor fixed it. there are several post procesors for Mach choose a diferent one and see if that helps.
