Well, the only thing i have is the usb board which only works with the 15cm cable.
But i am still not sure if it is worth the money for my hobby perpose
Oh that doesn’t sound really promissing. I saw a board (starter board) for 195€ but i am going to call next monday to ask what i need and what tje prices are
Too far*
That is good to know! I think i will visit the open door day. It seems really interesting for me and is not too fat
Oh than i will have to look into that first. Thanks for mentioning that
Thank you. After more searching i can find the SmoothStepper on a dutch webshop. The other one is way more difficult to find here and with shipping from around the world it may be too expensive
I...
I am living in the Netherlands and i can’t find any of those boards.
The SmoothStepper and AXBB-E are “currently not available” or impossible to find for sale for me.
Do you have a link to the...
Which one would be better?

Well, 15cm would be too short for my need. I think i will upgrade to an ethernet board. Thanks for all the help
The spindle was working. Everything worked with the short cable. As soon as i took another longer usb cable i started to get problems. I used 4 different usb cables but only the 15cm works
It looks like the connections on that one are the same as this board i have now and i was figuring out how it worked.
Yes, the C13 connector has earth connected from the mains and also going to...
Yes, i have a C13 (europe) plug with fuse, and from that i connect to all 3 power supplies
Would this be okay or also too cheap?

Oh! So the board connects directly to the pc via ethernet? I thought it would connect to internet (LAN)
Yes, the board has its own 24v psu (seperate from laptop)
240v mains, with earth
Thank you, i will try that tomorrow.
I use an old laptop so it could cause some issues. It is a HP Pavilion DV6 (1150ed) which i uses 10/15 years ago for my study.
I have one 24v power supply...
I am just using a cheap spindle like this:...
I 3d printed couplers between the motors (y-axis) and the frame.
That solved the problems to not freeze Mach3 anymore.
Yesterday i tested with adding a z-probe. I could connect that but i was...
Well this was the cheapest to try. Which ethernet board is suggested. And will this not have the same problem?
Well, the drivers can support up to 8+ amps (stepperonline dm860t). The motors are rated 2.8A and each motor has it’s own driver. I have set the Amps to 3.03A per driver.
The strange thing is...
I am building my own CNC machine. I previously had a Makerbase MKS DLC32 controller but that controller didn't work with my StepperOnline DM860T drivers so i bought a Mach3 board (the red one).
I...
No one knows how i can solve this?
I'm sorry for my bad title but I couldn't think of a better one.
I am using StepperOnline DM860T drivers connected to a GRBL controller.
Previously I used cheap TB6600 drivers which worked...
Thank you, I will do that!
I have bought and received all the things. I still went for a regular power supply because the one mentioned above was almost $400 in shipping.
Everything is installed and i can get all the things...
I will have a look at this. I am not really familiar with those power supplies and don’t know exactly what i need but i will get into this. Thanks
Thank you, I see the site only gives shipping cost to USA and I am living in Europe, I will mail them for shipping quote and see if it will be within budget
Thank you, it is my home made hobby project so I will see if its fits into the budget. The 82v version will be the good one?
Or will the 72v / 12A be also a good pick to save a bit of money (and...
The highest the drivers can go on DC is 100V, the highest on your site is 82V but it is a lot more expensive.
The 82v is worth the price difference compared to the Aliexpress 100v version?
Thank you for your reply. I will buy the DM860T (v3), any suggestions for the power supply?
I am looking for 60v 10A+ or 80v power supplies but they are hard to find (except aliexpress but that...
