Hey where did you get the vented floor panels for your setup?
I will post pics Monday couldn't get the camara to focus and kinda under the weather also.

Didn't think about that I have a X axis leadscrew and lead nut on my setup for the Y axis. I bet you will need to turn the Y axis lead nut around, they press right out and in should not be a problem....
Well I just did this on my Project mill it works and fact is it moves the X Axis lead nut to the right side and this is better for adding a spacer to the right side so you can use more of the stock...

Yes I have run some test cuts but found that the Z tower is just to weak anything more than a few 1000's at a time it just vibrates all over the place.
I will give it some back bone with the Brace...

New pic's of the Y bed Done! 19" total !! It rides smooth.......... It was not easy for the Taig parts from one bed to another are not the same The 4 steel railways were close but the y bed base out...
The teeth go on the outside, or that is point to the outside.
I have had the same belt running on one of my mills for 3 years now and i just eyeball it.
This has worked for me.
