Found the problem. Looks like the wiring for the spindle is noy UVW accurately. I flipped the U and V then bam... we are in business... Strange but it works now.

Continuity was done for UVW and all looked good. I made a ground for that terminal and made sure it had contact with the body of the spindle. Moved terminal to the T terminal.
