My mistake. Actually that is not correct G address. I dont have manual handy with me. Otherwise I shall check correct G address.
Look for the G named memory protection. Than check...

That means program protection is ON.....

The problem was CRT screen was drawing excessive current.
Now current to the CRT load is limited by putting jugad in series to CRT 24V supply.
Now power supply is doing fine.

The problem we found was of position coder pulley key.
After dismentling position coder we found that pulley key was missing.
So now threading cycle is working fine.

But finaly I checke and the spindle was serial spindle drive.
Actually the parameters where gone and we had manually input the parameters and forget to on the option...

Enable turret axis position on screen position display. This will show you that the turret motor is actually moving 30 degree or not with next tool change command and you can rectify the same.

Check from ladder that G122.1 to 3 is high or low. It should be low for program protection off.

The control is 16M which usually comes with CRT.
But it is robodrill so they have connected colour TFT.
Their is big card behind the screen same the size of screen and same CRT and 24V connectors...
