i just had same error, resolved by servicing the ABB contactor near the control boards in the cabinet. it was stuck in the contact position even when powered-down.
same issue, "motor fault Xa, Y, Z" upon startup.
figured I'd chime-in, that my fix was the ABB contact near the servos was stuck in the "contact" position even when machine powered down....
