I got my Hiturner powered on as usual.
So moved the handle on the back to ON position. Then pressed power ON green button on the front. I can hear the "knocking" noise in electric cabinet but...

I am new owner of Hitachi Seiki HiTurn with FANUC 21,
I have completed all turret back-up procedures and have no alarms etc,
However when the all power are off and the m/c is switched back...

According to this thread looks like between early in 2006 up to now the issue with 1033 Alarm isn't resolved.
People are looking for help on this forum but when they got it the solution...

At present I have three alarms:
1004 Air Pressure Alarm (I don't have air compressor yet)
1060 Turret Unit Program Error
1033 Turret Drive Unit Alarm
I have no flash card, no Fanuc...
