Where is this adjustment made? "R86" sounds like a resistor? Is this a potentiometer on one of the boards that you change to get the voltage drops you indicated?

Yes, I do have a replacement IC and the trace is burnt but I can get around that. I did contact the dealer for a replacement board...unfortunately, the tool changer motor also needs to be replaced...
