A program for a part of this simplicity would take less than 15 min to write....4 Tools + Bar puller? Maybe 30 min setup for a part comes off the macine. In 1 hour I'd have the thing running...

Put the endmill in a spindex and relieve it back as far as you need to.....super simple.

Should be quoting things atleast at $50 an hour. I quote all stuff around $75 an hour. I was planning on making these in about 2.5min each Quoted $3 for 1000 and $4 for 500.
