Ok I just doubled checked and the jumper is actually on pin 1-2 and I have doubled checked that my PWM settings are correct in Mach 4 for Pin 17. I'm stumped
I will double check my PWM settings for Pin 17 when I get back to the machine. I have the jumper set to 2-3 and I’m not sure why but I’m not getting a voltage reading when it’s under load, but it...
I am assuming this is to control the VFD with either an external controller or with the onboard potentiometer? If so then yes, it is set correctly
Yes, my controller voltage is 0-10v and I checked that with a multimeter. I just tried all those settings and the motor decreased speed down to 8000 RPMs and it went back up to 12000 RPMs when I...
I checked the VFD in manual mode and I get a full range of 7200-24000 RPMs.
I am using a Pokeys57CNC controller with Mach 4
I have a Huanyang 2.2 kW water-cooled spindle and I'm controlling it with Mach 4. The spindle will only go up to 12000 RPMs instead of the 24000 RPMs that it is supposed to be running at. I have...
