Under the Config menu you will find system settings

You can set the origin and I believe you will need to un-mirror...
I assume you can get the RDVSet file out of the zip file ok, is that right?
If you have just been using the Corel plugin, you may not be able to access the Vendor settings. As demonstrated here...
Hi Chris,
I have attached what I think was the defaults for my 350 with the same controller.
You might want to have a look a these two videos on the subject of restoring your machine.

LED 14 is always blinking on mine. I do believe the slow ~1.5 second blinking is the normal running state on the RDC644 controller.
My first PSU failed after about 3 hours. After some arguing I...
Seems good to me. I cut 3mm acrylic at 12mm/sec and 16ma with my '50 watt' SH-G350 laser and it's original tube. I will have to try 10ma and 10mm/sec.
Mine cuts cleanly through 3mm acrylic @ 16-17mA and 10mm/sec
Regular old masking tape cuts just fine with a laser. I have found minimal air assist and getting the min power for the corners set are the most important factors.
I place the masking tape on the...
To get good circles on my G350 I have to actually loosen off the Y axes belts.
This also applies to any cuts that start and finish at the same sport but start and finish from different direction...
What power and speed settings were you using? Around 70% is a safe max power for these machines as shipped but I would recommend you get an ammeter to make sure the tube is not being over driven.

Remember to read the configuration...
Very nice work so far. I like the tube mounts and I really should move my ammeter to the outside of the laser :)
With my 40 watts laser I cut 3mm plywood at 100% power and 17mm/s. 40mm/s seems way to fast for 60% power on a 100 watt laser.
Please try a lower speed and see how you fine a line you can get by...
What gfacer2 said but perhaps your auto focus is not set for the correct distance. In your original picture even the 'good' cut looks a little wide. See how narrow a line you can get by trying...
It appears to me the distance between the material and laser head is different at the bottom of the table than the top. This could be an uneven bed or a bend in the material. Can you verify this?
Well this
Seems to clarify this
So laser tubes do indeed have a negative resistance characteristic which I was unware of when I made my first post. So yes, the laser PSU must carefully...
It is certainly possible to drive more current through a tube than is good for it. Good here being defined as long tube life.
Tube current is related to the voltage supplied to the tube. The...
It is going to depend entirely on how the laser power supply happens to be "calibrated". At best it will be "50 Watts" at %100 which is more than that 850mm tubes can handle for a good length of...
Make sure the connection points on the laser for the power are the furthest they can be from the metal work of the case. I rotated my tube once to make it easier to get the air out and it ended up...
You checked the fuse in the power socket on the machine? Mine has a fuse in the socket.
Any power board/strips in use with over load protection in them?
Have you given the emergency stop button a twist? Its surprising how often that get pushed in.
I lost mine too :) Experimentation revealed that 9mm was the best for cutting 3mm stock.
The software works fine on Windows 10 and I have a few FTDI devices that also work on 10 so you wouldn't really have any issues for the foreseeable future. I find this to be a refreshing change :)

Diameter of mine is 18mm. Focal length would appear to be around 43-45mm.

I adjusted the PSU to avoid accidents. All my previous files were set for 70% being which was 62% over max spec when using the new PSU so I adjusted the PSU.

You connect it in series on the ground side (Black wire) of the tube which...
I discovered that my 20mm test squares were not quite square. If you tuned them 90 degrees they would not fit back into the hole they came out of :(
I did a larger cut of 150 mm x 10mm and...
I received my 350 before Christmas. Seems to the same as mine with the ethernet port. I had found a few issues. They are as follows.
I had a few nuts shake loose in transit and going missing in...
I'm having trouble finding a typical weight for a given size of beaker but I think with a 100ml beaker it will be more like 20-25%. Thermal capacity of glass is a bit less than 1/4 of water. A 100ml...
